

ABOUT YOUR LESSON
Before beginning your private yoga lesson, we’ll sit and talk. I want to know how you are feeling at that moment, as well as gain a clear understanding of the purpose and intention of your yoga lesson. This establishes the foundation from which I arrange a sequence that addresses your unique needs and goals.
I work firmly and compassionately with each student, guiding you clearly and smoothly through the practice. I make physical adjustments when necessary and prompt correct breath technique. Open communication between student and teacher is important, and I welcome any questions that you may have during your lesson. Upon completion, I leave you with a yoga routine tailored to your needs so you may develop and enhance your own personal practice.
